Hi- was on the top end of Beggars Lane yesterday, and see that the powers that be have dug some ditches, very deep, alongside the byeway- I assume to keep all on the straight and narrow- while its nice and dry, no problem, but when the weather sets in, or we have heavy rain, these could come to look like nice puddles to ride through- only you may not come out the other side- be warned! cheers. bc
also the tree root blockage on Mayor House Lane is still there-, but is just passable by squeezing through the edge of bank--(as was on 2nd July 2008) _________________ gullwingracer |

Hi i did email James Brown about A /the tree root in Ride lane , he wondered if it would go in the back of a Landy .
B the wisdom of the anti 4x4 measures in Beggars lane , as yet no reply , i do hope they are well insured . Of course ,old cynic that i am ,i wonder if the cure is made to appear more draconian than the problem ,in order to muster support for a TRO , they appear to be flavour of the year.

Hi,
Good I hope it keeps the idiots off the adjacent land. They were creating ideal conditions for tro.
I will have a look next ride out to see what its like.
Cheers
